What You Will Need
The requirements for a Lifeline system are simple.
All you need is:
- An electric socket near to the phone (e.g. on the same or an adjacent wall).
- A telephone socket. (If you do not have a telephone socket we can supply you with a wireless system. Please discuss this option with our Lifeline Support Officer).
Occasionally we have customers who do not have a landline. In these circumstances we can install a wireless unit to provide you with your Lifeline service. The price for this system is £5.50 per week.
